Growing and Maintenance Tips:


This native plant is very easy to grow in almost any soil or condition and thrives in full sun. It is capable of fixing atmospheric nitrogen through the function of root nodules.

Additional Notes about Silverberry:


Native to Ontario and other parts of North America. In the wild, they provide significant forage for moose, deer and sheep. The berries provide food for small mammals and various bird species.
