Growing and Maintenance Tips:

Grows best in partial sun or shade in an average to moist, well-drained soil. Full sun tolerant when adequate moisture is provided. Naturally found near woodland edges or moist meadows. Naturalizes by seed and can be aggressive, less so in drier sites. To prevent excessive spreading, remove seed heads in early fall.
