Growing and Maintenance Tips:


Grows best in riparian zones; full sun in rich, moist soil is best. Some shade or other deviations from perfection are tolerated.

Aster lanceolatus spreads by rhizome as well as seed; cross-fertilization is usually required to produce viable seed, so clone colonies frequently have low seed production.
