Growing and Maintenance Tips:

Grows best in a wet to moist soil, in full sun, tolerating some light shade. This rush can be grown in the garden, however, the soil must be kept consistently moist. Spreads by rhizomes and is slow to establish. Foliage can be pruned down in early spring for a tidier appearance.
