Growing and Maintenance Tips:


Grows best in riparian zones, so full sun in rich, moist soil is best. Some shade or other deviations from perfection are tolerated.

Aster lanceolatus spreads by rhizome as well as seed; cross-fertilization is usually required to produce viable seed, so clone colonies frequently have low seed production.
