Growing and Maintenance Tips:

Plant Syringa in a well-drained soil with medium moisture, in full sun. To ensure blooms for the following year, any pruning should be done soon after flowering. Known to be less susceptible to bacterial blight compared to S. vulgaris and its cultivars.
