Growing and Maintenance Tips:


Plant in a well-drained soil, in full sun to partial shade. Deep tree-like roots make this selection drought tolerant but difficult to move once established.

Native to Ontario, Quebec and mid to eastern U.S.A

During the American Revolution, dried Ceanothus leaves were used as a tea substitute.
