Growing and Maintenance Tips:

A bold statement in the landscape, yucca tolerate poor, sandy soils and light shade. They are salt and drought tolerant and removing spent flower stalks will help maintain neatness.

Additional Notes about Great Plains Yucca:

Yucca glauca (part of the Agave family) is native to central North America, growing from southern Alberta, Canada down to Texas U.S.A. The rosettes that flower will die after the blooms fade and new side pups quickly sprout to form new plants.
