Growing and Maintenance Tips:


'Ivory Silk' blooms later than most other lilac cultivars, extending the lilacs' flowering season. Reticulata species are less fragrant than other lilac cultivars. 

Additional Notes about Ivory Silk Tree Lilac:


Emerging as an invasive species. Any plant with origins in Northern China-mid Asia has the potential. The link shows only the US. Also seen in Southern Ontario.

Like many lilacs, they flower really well one year, a lot less the next, really well the next, . . etc.
