Growing and Maintenance Tips:

Plant in a consistently moist, well-drained soil, in partial shade. Adapts very well to full sun but requires more moisture. Naturally found in damp woodland openings or borders, along rivers and lakes and in roadside ditches. Naturalizes rapidly by seed, so remove flower stems soon after blooming, to prevent spreading.
