Growing and Maintenance Tips:

A majestic tree with great visual appeal, ideal for a large, estate lawn or park settings. Its dark foliage colour will stand out amongst typically green surroundings. European beech thrives in a rich, moist, well-drained soil, in full sun or partial shade. Very little pruning is necessary to maintain its shape.

Additional Notes about River's Beech:

The deepest purple foliage of any purple-leaved beech.
