Growing and Maintenance Tips:

Best grown in average to medium moisture, a well-drained soil, in partial shade. Can tolerate full sun with adequate moisture. Plants rarely require staking due to the sturdy stems. As with most Digitalis cultivars, this perennial self-seeds. First-year-flowering selection.

Additional Notes about Foxglove:

Caution: All parts of digitalis, if ingested, can cause illness. Digitalis has been used as a heart stimulant for centuries. External contact with plant parts can cause irritation for some people.
