Growing and Maintenance Tips:


Best grown in average to medium moisture, a well-drained soil, in partial shade. Can tolerate full sun with adequate moisture. Plants may require staking. Considered a biennial, so allow the plant to reseed.

Caution: All parts of digitalis, if ingested, can cause illness. Digitalis has been used as a heart stimulant for centuries. External contact with plant parts can cause irritation for some people.
