Growing and Maintenance Tips:

Best grown in an average, evenly moist, well-drained soil, in full sun, but tolerates a wide range of conditions. Prune after flowering to maintain shape, encourage new compact foliage and possibly extend the blooming period. Soils too rich may cause centaurea to grow leggy and they may require staking. Quick growing perennial that may need to be divided every 2-3 yrs.
