Ideal for a fast-growing, tall screening or hedge. Like many cedars, it may need pruning when young to create a dense, formal hedge. Once it is established, it is quite drought tolerant and more deer resistant than most cedars. This cultivar stands up better to snow and ice accumulation during the winter months.
