Growing and Maintenance Tips:

Petroselinum grows best in an average to moist, well-drained soil, in full sun to partial shade. Do not allow the soil to dry out and the plant will benefit from dappled afternoon shade. Parsley is a biennial herb that produces its most flavourful leaves in the first year. In the second year, greenish flowers form on tall stalks and the leaves lose their flavour quality.
