With its eye-catching show of yellow flowers midsummer, this is a great small-sized tree suitable for a smaller landscape or as a street tree.
Potential invasive species. Though the map on the link does not show it, it has been seen in Burlington, Ontario as well. (pers. obs.) Consider alternatives such as Celtis occidentalis, Ostrya virginiana or Carpinus caroliniana.
