Growing and Maintenance Tips:

Hyacinths are a very easy to plant to grow and dont require alot of attention. Best to plant these in the fall between Sept-Oct before the ground freezes.  Hyacinth bulbs are toxic to humans as well as pets. When planting, make sure th roots are placed down (widest side down)  and you want them to be roughly 6inches below the surface and to break apart any tough soil around them. (ie clay) Plant them in full sun or slightly partial shade. When Hyacinths are finsihed blooming just remove flower stems by pruning them out, leave the foliage/leaves alone so that the plant can continue to prepare and store its energy for the next season to have its full bloom potential.
