Growing and Maintenance Tips:

Crocus are ideal for planting in large swaths with lots of splashes of early colour to start your garden off. Crocus should be planted about 5-10cm deep. For best results, plant them in autumn in late September and early October. Rodents and squirrels tend to like the bulbs. To prevent the bulbs from being eaten, try laying a barrier of chicken fencing just under the soil surface. Planting them deeper might also be effective. For best coverage we recommend planting them 5-10cm apart.
