Growing and Maintenance Tips:

Crocus are ideal for planting in large groves  with lots of splashes of early color to start your garden off. Crocus should be planted about 5-10cm deep and ideal to plant them in autumn between September and October for best success. Rodents and squirrels tend to like the bulbs and try to dig them up, to avoid them from being eaten try laying a barrier of chicken fencing under the surface with the bulbs underneath to give it added protection. You can also plant them alittle deeper to try to avoid the issue. For best coverage we recommend planting them 5-10cm apart.
