Growing and Maintenance Tips:


This pine tolerates a variety of soils, making it ideal for urban locations. It grows best in a moist, well-drained soil. An evergreen conifer that naturally grows as a dense ground cover. It can be staked, allowing the branches to weep gracefully down from the desired height.

To improve looks and airflow, these plants would benefit from periodic 'combing' (use your fingers) to remove dead material.
